With a PhD in psychology and over three decades of rich, cross-industry experience, Karthikeyan brings a rare blend of strategic HR leadership and deep people insight to Risen. He began his career as an HR Manager at KONE, building strong foundations in organizational systems and people processes.

His professional journey took him through CK and MRF Tyres, playing a pivotal role in Learning & Development, talent development, and capability building. He shapes leadership pipelines, strengthens managerial capability, and aligns talent practices with business goals.

Organizational Psychologist

Jyothi is a trained Organizational Psychologist and HR professional with a strong academic foundation in Human Resources and Psychology. She began her career as an HR Recruiter, gaining early exposure to talent acquisition and workforce dynamics at organizations like WorldSpace.

Consulting for organizations including Trivandrum Rubber Works and MRF, her work shifted into full-time practice focusing on psychometric assessment, behavioural diagnostics, and leadership evaluation.
